Clockless is a working hours reporting service for Microsoft Teams, made in Australia by Xcelerent Pty Ltd. It turns each person's Teams status into weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports of active hours, start and finish times, with nothing installed on staff computers. ### How much does Clockless cost? A$4 per person per month on the Standard plan, or A$6 on the Branded plan, which adds your logo, colours and company name to reports. Minimum 3 people. Yearly billing costs 10 months' price. The first month is free. ### Does Clockless read messages or emails? No. It reads Teams status (Available, Busy, Away, Offline), the staff list, and daily counts of messages, calls and meetings — never their content. ### Is Clockless a timesheet or time clock? No. Clockless is an availability record, not a timesheet or pay record. Teams status shows when someone is active in Teams; it isn't a measure of work. ### Do we need to install anything? No. Nothing goes on staff computers or phones. Your Microsoft 365 administrator approves read-only access once, and the live board opens in any browser. ### What do we need to use Clockless? Microsoft 365 with Microsoft Teams for each person you want in the reports, and whoever looks after your Microsoft 365 (often your IT provider) to click Approve once. We help on a short screen share. ### What happens after the free month? Your subscription carries on at the plan price unless you cancel before the month ends. It's billed on your normal Microsoft invoice, the same way as your Microsoft 365 licences, and you can cancel in the Microsoft 365 admin center at any time. ### What about part-time staff? Today everyone shares one weekly target, and Out of office days carry no target. A part-timer will show below a full-time target, so read their figures with their hours in mind. Individual targets are not available yet. ### How do we get set up? Email hello@clockless.com.au to book a short setup call. We approve access with you, set your working hours and holidays, and help you send the staff notice. ### Will our staff know? Yes — they must. Collection only starts 14 days after you record the date you gave staff written notice, as NSW and ACT workplace surveillance law requires, and we supply a plain-English template. ### We have staff in other states. Does that work? Yes. Each person gets their own state's public holidays, for every Australian state and territory. Set their state once in Settings. ### Where is our data kept, and for how long? In Microsoft Azure, Australia East. Detailed records are deleted after 90 days; daily totals are kept for about two years. If you cancel, your data is deleted 30 days later. ### Is Clockless available outside Australia? Clockless launches in Australia first. Other countries will follow one at a time. ### How do we cancel? In the Microsoft 365 admin center, under Billing › Your products.
